Welcome to OutpourTerms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Outpour you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
To use Outpour, you must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Account Registration
To access most features, you'll need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Communication Consent
By creating an account, you consent to receive emails from us related to your activity on Outpour. These include donation receipts, messages from supporters, updates about the platform, and occasional newsletters. You may opt out of marketing messages, but we will continue to send essential communications related to your account or transactions.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post or upload to the Platform, such as newsletters, prayer requests, and fundraising content. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
5. Donations and Fundraising
Outpour facilitates donations between supporters and recipients. We are not responsible for the use of donated funds by recipients. Donors should give only to individuals or organizations they trust. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes (but is not limited to): spamming, harassment, impersonation, distributing malicious software, or uploading illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
7. Third-Party Services
Some features of Outpour depend on third-party services (like payment processinOutpourdelivery). We are not responsible for the performance of those services. Your use of such services is subject to their terms.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date and notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
